These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PayLens website, dashboard and related services (“Service”). By accessing or using PayLens, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
You may use PayLens to:
- Analyze checkout and 3DS performance
- Evaluate the product as part of a demo or trial
- Monitor trends in approval rates and related metrics
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to circumvent security or access controls
- Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
2. Merchant Responsibilities
As a merchant or user integrating PayLens, you are responsible for:
- Embedding the tracking snippet correctly and safely
- Ensuring your checkout pages comply with local regulations
- Providing appropriate information to your customers where required (e.g. privacy notice)
PayLens does not process or store full card PAN, CVV or similar PCI-sensitive data. You remain responsible for your own PCI compliance and security obligations.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, software, dashboards, branding, logos and documentation provided as part of the Service are the exclusive property of PayLens or its licensors. These materials are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied, modified or redistributed without our prior written consent.
4. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep PayLens available and running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service (including features, dashboards or APIs) at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, about:
- Accuracy or completeness of analytics
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement of third-party rights
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayLens and its founders, employees and partners shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue or business opportunities
- Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
- Any damages arising from improper integration or misuse of the Service
In any case, our aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the use of the Service during the last three months before the claim.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your integration causes instability, abuse or security risks
- We are required to do so by law or by a third-party provider
You may stop using the Service at any time.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your main contracting entity jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
